Exchanges and returns are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Exchange Policy

• Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order.

• Additional shipping fees will apply for exchanges, except when the exchange is required due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or an incorrect order.

• If the mistake is ours, we will cover the additional shipping costs.

3. Return Policy

• Products are eligible for return only if they have not been used and are returned in their original condition.

• Once a return request is approved, our courier will collect the product from the customer.

• The refund process will begin after we receive the returned product.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been collected and received by us.

• The refund will be issued through our payment or refund process, with the original delivery shipping fee and return shipping fee deducted from the refund amount.
